1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Spicy Connection ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm you are 18+.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers may only list contact information they personally own or have explicit written authorization to distribute. Any listing without consent is prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account suspension.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to use purchased contact information respectfully, lawfully, and only for legitimate personal communication. Harassment, spam, or illegal use will result in account termination and may be reported to authorities.

5. Payment & Refunds

All purchases are final once the contact information has been revealed. Refunds are issued only when the purchased contact is invalid, disconnected, or violates our listing policies. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Content

The following are prohibited: minors, non-consensual listings, fraudulent profiles, harassment, and illegal content. Violations result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spicy Connection is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the behavior of users, the accuracy of listings, or outcomes of communications initiated through the Platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
